Tips:
- Plan your day at the same time each day.
- Maintain a record of the previous, present and future month calendars.
- Place only appointments on your calendar.
- Information should be centralized (meaning in one place).
- Post its aren't good for planning (they can be lost).
- Indicate what action was taken (i.e., forwarded, completed and etc.)
- File items alphabetically in the address book section.
